Peshawar High Court: Murad Saeed's rejection of nomination papers referred to a larger bench

 
The Peshawar High Court referred the case of the petition against the rejection of the nomination papers of former federal minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Murad Saeed to a larger bench.

 
According to 'Dawn News', Justice Sahibzada Asadullah and Justice Ejaz Khan heard the petition filed against rejection of Murad Saeed's nomination papers in Peshawar High Court.

During the hearing, Justice Sahibzada Asadullah remarked that in your case there is also an issue that the candidate is an advertiser, the court has to see whether the nomination papers of a fugitive or an advertiser can be accepted.
 
The court while sending the matter to the larger bench remarked that the Peshawar High Court has constituted a larger bench on this matter, tomorrow the larger bench of Peshawar High Court will hear the cases related to these matters.
